Description
Seen here in a bright surfboard yellow colourway, this new Patagonia Fitz Roy Horizons Responsibili-Tee T-Shirt is a 100% recycled, regular fitting style made from a combination of recycled cotton and postconsumer recycled polyester. The curved neckline has a narrow ribbed trim and the shoulder seams have been taped for comfort and fit retention. Printed using PVC and phthalate-free inks, on the left side of the chest ‘Patagonia’ text can be seen in white and in large across the shoulders a reworked version of the brands famous mountain range logo has been created by California based artist Neil Hubert with a thick white outline and large ‘Patagonia’ lettering underneath. The body and short sleeves have straight cut hems.
For spring 2020 Patagonia has introduced a new line of t-shirts which they have labelled as their lowest carbon footprint styles to date as a reflection of continuous improvements being made to the brands own manufacturing systems. Using 0.26 pounds of scrap fabric and 4.8 discarded bottles per style, 96% less water has been used and 45% less CO2 has been created in comparison to conventional t-shirts.
