Description

Reintroduced in a new mojave khaki colourway, the Isthmus Parka from Patagonia has been designed to stand up to harsh conditions throughout the colder months and has been made from recycled fabrics. The 100% recycled nylon shell has a durable water repellent finish and an insulating 100% polyester (30% recycled) high-pile fleece lining runs throughout the body and hood. The front is fastened by a full length two-way zipper with an external storm flap secured by hidden snap closures which lead up to a protective raised collar neckline. The hood can be resized to suit using elasticated toggles or removed using a zip fastening system when not required. On either side of the chest two flap closure pockets are available for essentials and two extra compartments at the waist have been designed with side entrance hand warmer sections. A small rectangular woven label has been added on the left side of the chest and shows the brands famous Monte Fitz Roy logo. The fit of the waist can be adjusted using internal elasticated toggles and both sleeves are partly elasticated with snap button cuffs.

On the inner left side of the chest a small zip secured pocket provides space to securely carry valuables, and the sleeves are insulated with warm 60-g Thermogreen 100% polyester which is 90% recycled. The body has a straight cut hem for a clean finish. Inspired by classic outerwear from the 1960’s, this performance driven jacket style from Patagonia arrives as part of the autumn/winter ‘19 collection and provides a high level of protection against the elements. The regular fit body allows for layering, whilst the plush high-pile fleece provides plenty of warmth and comfort.
