Description
Featuring a screen-printed graphic on the chest of an original, archival illustration by Evan Hecox that was seen in I-D Magazine issue 194 Jan/Feb 2000, this black Carhartt 1999 Ad Evan Hecox T-Shirt is made from 100% cotton single jersey and has been cut to a regular fit for casual everyday wear. The curved neckline has a flexible ribbed trim that allows for movement whilst helping to support the fit over time and for easy layering throughout the year the body and short sleeves have straight cut hems. Positioned centrally for impact, the screen printed artwork shows an illustration against a solid colour background with the signature ‘Carhartt’ logo below and text alongside.
Established in 1994 through the original family owned Detroit based workwear label, the Carhartt WIP line has become well known within streetwear for durability and a timeless design style that incorporates influences from workwear, streetwear, sportswear and military uniforms. As seen across this new season t-shirt design, Carhartt regularly look to their own archive for inspiration and boast a library of collaborations that express creativity within music and fashion.
