Description

This black and gold 1960’s Casuals Stripe T-Shirt from Levi’s Vintage Clothing is made from lightweight cotton and features a wide horizontal stripe design woven around the body and at an angle on the sleeves. Positioned slightly below the chest on the left side, a small patch pocket cut from the same cotton has been added with a shaped base and secure stitching on either side of the entrance. The curved neckline has a colour matched ribbed trim whilst the sleeves and body have flatlock stitched hems. On the inner nape of the neck a ‘Levi’s Casuals’ label has been added with an accurately reproduced design.

The Levi’s Vintage Clothing project looks to recreate key pieces from the brand’s extensive clothing archive with a focused attention to detail across thread count and colour, knit techniques, handfeel and weight. This season looks to the folk scene of Greenwich Village during the 1970’s with a capsule range of jackets, shirts and jeans that capture the essence of a definitive time for music.
