Seen here in a classic tan colourway, this Patagonia Line Logo Ridge Pocket Responsibili-Tee T-Shirt has been introduced for spring as a part of a new line of t-shirts that have been labelled as the brands lowest carbon footprint designs to date. Cut to a regular fit from a combination of recycled cotton and postconsumer recycled polyester, the shoulder seams have been taped for comfort and fit retention whilst a narrow ribbed trim wraps around the edge of the curved neckline. Applied using PVC and phthalate-free inks, on the left side of the chest ‘Patagonia’ can be seen in black on top of a small shaped patch pocket and in large across the reverse a reworked version of the brands famous mountain range logo has a multicoloured background, an outlined silhouette, etched contours and bold ‘Patagonia’ lettering underneath. The body and short sleeves have straight cut hems.

Carrying Fair Trade Certification throughout its construction, for each of these t-shirts made 0.26 pounds of scrap fabric and 4.8 discarded bottles are put to good use which in turn uses 96% less water and creates 45% less CO2 than a conventional style. The fabric is also bluesign approved which means no chemicals that are harmful to the environment, workers or end wearers have been used.
