Seen here in superior blue, this Fitz Roy Horizons Responsibili-Tee Long Sleeve T-Shirt from Patagonia is a 100% recycled style made from a combination of recycled cotton and postconsumer recycled polyester. Designed for casual everyday wear, the shoulder seams have been taped for comfort and fit retention, the body has been cut to a regular fit and a narrow ribbed trim wraps around the edge of the curved neckline. Applied using PVC and phthalate-free inks, on the left side of the chest ‘Patagonia’ has been printed in white and in large across the shoulders a reworked version of the famous Patagonia mountain range logo has been reimagined by California based artist Neil Hubert with a thick white outline and large ‘Patagonia’ lettering underneath. The body has a straight cut hem whilst wider cut cuffs wrap around the edge of the long sleeves.

Arriving as part of the SS20 collection, this new long sleeve t-shirt is a 100% recycled style that uses 0.26 pounds of fabric scrap and 4.8 discarded bottles which results in 96% less water and creates 45% less CO2 than a conventional style. As Patagonia’s lowest carbon footprint t-shirt to date, the stats from this design demonstrate their ongoing efforts towards reducing environmental impact as much as possible whilst also making use of postconsumer waste.
