Description

This white Surf Society T-Shirt from Mollusk is made from lightweight garment dyed cotton which has been pre-shrunk and customised with a screen printed illustration on the left side of the chest. The curved neckline has a flexible ribbed trim for comfort and fit retention whilst the body and short sleeves have straight cut hems for a clean finish. Positioned on the left side of the chest and printed in black and yellow, a playful illustration of a seagull smoking a cigarette has been set with a circular border with a yellow beak and hand drawn SF Surf Society’ lettering above and below.

Based in California Mollusk has become known as a ‘cultural institution’ that exudes retro charm and authenticity that is far from the highly commercial surf brands and instead focuses on community, craft and appreciation for the planet. Founded by John McCambridge and his wife who sought to combine their shared love for craft, surfing and the great outdoors through one project, Mollusk can be recognised for their playful style which often includes the work of in-house designers and guest artists such as Jeff Canham and Nathaniel Russel.
