Featuring collaborative labelling that celebrates NYC based record label DFA and cut to a loose fit for casual comfort, this white Carhartt x Relevant Parties DFA T-Shirt is made from organic cotton single jersey and has been introduced as part of a new Carhartt WIP music-focused project. Celebrating some of music’s most important independent tastemakers, on the centre front of the t-shirt a large rectangular design shows a mosaic of colours and shapes that create a lightning bolt emblem whilst on the reverse below the nape of the neck simplistic red lettering can also be seen. For comfort the curved neckline has a flexible ribbed trim whilst the body and short sleeves have straight cut hems.

During an era of widespread music streaming and algorithm-led playlists, Carhartt WIP has created a new music-lead project that celebrates some of the industry’s most important independent tastemakers, reveling in their continued idealism, love of music and singular drive. Presented through a capsule range of apparel launched for AW20 with a spring collection to follow, a focus on six groundbreaking labels from around the globe are highlighted in the form of a t-shirt in two colour combinations inspired by the labels iconic aesthetic.
